After EVW 27: Sagov beats Devon, Vitaly sweeps and afterpulls take over
Two seven-round contests at 115 kg, a Vitaly sweep and a busy practice table: the Budapest event through results, analysis and afterpull footage.

Contents
East vs West 27 took place in Budapest on October 24, 2026. Ibragim Sagov beat Devon Larratt 4–3, right arm at 115 kg. Vitaly Laletin swept Kamil Jablonski 4–0, while Oleg Petrenko edged Dave Chaffee 4–3 for the interim 115 kg title.
Seven rounds, different stories
Devon led 3–1 before Sagov won the last three rounds. Petrenko, meanwhile, led Chaffee 3–1, was taken to a decider and won it. Identical final margins conceal different sequences and different pressure points.
Beyond the main names
Other right-arm results on the shared card were Kurdecha 1–3 Tsvetkov, Hutchings 0–3 Telyatnyk, Mask 1–3 Kalinichenko, Samushia 1–3 Amolins, Roman 0–3 Botta-Dukat, Bubenko 3–1 Tavberidze, Ivánfi 0–3 Bergström, Holland 2–3 Peridis and Lupsa 3–1 Fahlgren.
The practice table becomes the next attraction
Devon–Vitaly left-arm footage and Manifestor testing both men offer a different view of the athletes. Afterpulls do not produce official scores or ranking changes. Fatigue, the arm used and what each person is testing matter when interpreting them.
This collection separates results, press analysis, weight discussion and afterpull footage. October 24 refers to the Budapest event date; video upload dates are separate, mostly October 25 in Vietnam.
