Ibragim Sagov beat Devon Larratt 4–3 at EVW 27, right arm at 115 kg. Devon had led 3–1, leaving him one round short of closing the match.
The final three rounds
The published round chart credits Devon with rounds 1, 3 and 4, and Sagov with 2, 5, 6 and 7. Sagov won every remaining round with no margin for another loss. Round credits should not be confused with a count of clean pins: fouls and restarts require the footage for context.
A lead does not solve a position
Hub's reading: the scoreboard reduces how many wins a leader needs, but does not remove the opponent's recurring threat. Devon still needed to solve that threat once more; Sagov took all three final opportunities instead.
More than one possible explanation
Pressing, setup, officiating sequences and weight preparation all merit discussion. A 4–3 score cannot quantify their individual effects. It does not establish that cutting weight alone caused the defeat or that refereeing alone produced the win.
