East vs West's website explicitly states that Michael Todd has been removed from its rankings. The notice appears in the men's super-heavyweight, heavyweight and light-heavyweight sections of its official rankings page. It supplies a direct promotion source beyond Todd's absence from the EVW 27 card.
The 105 kg champion position is vacant
In right-arm light heavyweight, 105 kg, the champion position currently reads Vacant. Oleg Petrenko is listed second, David Dadikyan third and Todd Hutchings fourth. A vacant champion position does not mean that the second-ranked athlete has been awarded the title.
The Budapest card and rankings are separate records
The EVW 27 card currently lists Dave Chaffee versus Oleg Petrenko. Todd's absence from that pairing and the explicit ranking-removal notice show changes to his presence in the EVW system; neither independently establishes conditions for a return.
The rankings page does not date or timestamp the removal itself. It therefore cannot establish that the decision happened on October 16. This story reports the publicly displayed status, rather than treating the Hub publication date as the decision's effective date.
The confirmed scope remains EVW
The website confirms removal from East vs West's rankings. It is not an announcement of a worldwide ban by every organization, and the notice itself does not specify a permanent duration. The historical case and public responses are separate topics; the ranking notice adds no new legal finding.
